OPERA BALL 2026 ORDER FORM

Thank you for your interest in the Vienna Opera Ball 2026!

With this form you can send us the following reservation requests: Your tickets to the ball – the requirement to attend the ball – in combination with seats at one of the numerous tables, so-called »table seats«.
In addition, you can also request spectator tickets for the opening ceremony. The spectator tickets make it possible for you to watch the opening ceremony from either the first floor, the balcony or the gallery.

Please note that all tickets – including table seats and opening tickets – will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible whether and to what extent we can fulfill your wishes.
If we are unable to allocate tickets to you, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list and we will inform you as soon as contingents are available again at a later date. However, since this may take a little time, we ask for your understanding.

Table Seats with Entry Tickets in a preferred room

Table seats can only be booked in combination with regular admission tickets.
Our tables are located in various grand rooms, in areas surrounding the stage, and in the gallery, but not in the ballroom area. If there are no table seats available in the room you selected, you will be offered an alternative area, depending on availability.

Please note that it is not possible to watch the opening ceremony from your table directly. However, screens for the live TV broadcast are installed in all rooms.
To have a guaranteed place in the ballroom to watch the opening ceremony, an additional spectator ticket is required. The number of spectator tickets is very limited, so we may not be able to fulfill your request for one, or only partially.
A maximum of six table seats may be reserved per order. If this number is exceeded, the entire order will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.

TICKETS FOR THE OPENING CEREMONY

A maximum of 4 spectator tickets may be requested per registration.
The prices for the categories are as follows: Cat. 1: 250€, Cat. 2: 200€, Cat. 3: 180€, Cat. 4 (Standing Room): 100€ (each includes a donation of 10€)

Solidarity Contribution

Every entry ticket includes a 35 € donation. All donated amounts are collected by the Vienna State Opera in trust for Caritas of the Archdiocese of Vienna and transferred in full without deductions. 100% of donations support the project »Österreich hilft Österreich« (Austria Helps Austria). Your donation is tax-deductible within Austria.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass nach erfolgter Zuteilung der gewünschten Tischplätze und Karten der Gesamtrechnungsbetrag innerhalb der angegebenen Frist von 14 Tagen zu überweisen ist. Bei nicht fristgerechter Überweisung gilt die Reservierung als storniert und die Karten gehen wieder in den Verkauf. Nach erfolgter Zahlung ist keine Stornierung oder Abänderung der Buchung mehr möglich.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Entrance tickets, spectator tickets, table seats, and boxes for the Vienna Opera Ball are sold exclusively and directly by the Vienna State Opera to attendees of the event. The commercial resale of tickets (entrance, spectator, or table seats) as well as the transfer of box tickets is only permitted with prior written consent from the Vienna State Opera. Orders from tour operators or commercial resellers will not be considered; any tickets allocated to such parties may be blocked. The use of tickets or boxes for the Opera Ball in raffles, contests, lotteries, etc., is not permitted without prior written approval from the Vienna State Opera.
